Oh I'm okay. How are you?

[Good. You're doing really well. Just- nope. No. She doesn't want it. You stretched and got nothing. Just crawl into that hole and hide.]

[She really does remind her of Finch. And it's adorable, honestly. She laughs a little, good-naturedly.]

[Dani clears her throat so Willow knows she's not laughing at her.]

I got your message. I'd love to go with you. I just hope it's okay that I don't think I know either of those guys.

[D'oh! She face palmed, though she made sure that it wasn't hard enough to echo into the phone- but then she said "I'd love to go with you.

Willow's face exploded into a wide happy grin. The voice was so much brighter this time. She lets her finish speaking.]

Really? That's awesome. And that's okay, I don't know them after, one of the reasons I wanted to take a- uh. Date. Plus lack of third-wheelyness.

[Willow couldn't stop smiling.]

So, would you like me to pick you up around 1ish? We can walk together.

[Dani smiles against the phone, nearly grinning.]

Oh, good. I was afraid I'd be the only one sitting there with no idea who they were or anything. But I hear you on the third-wheel thing. It sounds way too awkward to go through with.

[Her smile broadens.]

Sure, that sounds great.

[She giggled. Okay. She needed outfit planning. Where was Buffy? She needed something flirty and attractive and quite open because Dani was hot and this would be SO AWESOME if it worked out.]
